What you need:

1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.

1 ladel or large spoon.

1 large mixing bowl.

2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix.

Approx. 4-5 cups of chili.

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups of milk.

Preheated oven at 400 degrees.

1 9 x 11 casserole dish.

4 or 5 friends who are too lazy to make their own damn food.

Quick and easy recipe for either leftover chili or made from scratch. My son has decided to call this one chili pie.

Step 1: Make chili or just buy premade from the store. I prefer to make my own because I’m not lazy, and I make damn good chili.

Step 2: Ladle chili into a casserole dish until it is about an inch tall all the way across.

Step 3: Sprinkle about a cup of sharp cheddar over the top of the chili.

Step 4: Make up two boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix according to the directions on the box.

Step 5: Ladle the corn muffin mix over the top of the cheese and chili until about a half inch thick.

Step 6: Cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until corn bread is golden brown.

Step 7: Break the gluttony commandment and shovel it in.

Enjoy!
